Introduction
Welcome to keys.discount ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing and using our keys.discount, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all sales and services provided by Keys Distribution Ltd, Suite 2, 215 Main Street, Gibraltar, Gibraltar Heights, sell product keys for software activation to private and business customers via our website. The license is only formed from the installation and the consequent acceptance of the terms of use, which regulates the right of use between you and the respective manufacturer.
Orders and Purchases
Orders made through our website are confirmed by us via email. The contract is concluded once the customer receives the order confirmation. The GTC also apply to orders made by phone, mail, and other platforms.
Prices
Keys Distribution Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices applicable at the time of purchase on the website "Keys.Discount", or as per the separate price list are valid. Prices are shown in USD and EUR, inclusive of VAT for website purchases. The total price, including VAT, is displayed at the end of the ordering process.
There is no minimum purchase value for redeeming vouchers, promotions, or discounts. Voucher and discount promotions can be combined and used only once per purchase. Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the original recipient. Misuse of vouchers may result in the charge of the discount amount or account blocking. Special conditions for vouchers and promotions will be detailed in the respective promotional information and will take precedence over these terms.

Availability
All information regarding the availability, shipment, and delivery of our products is preliminary and approximate. These details do not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates. We exclude any liability for the unavailability of goods or delays in shipment or delivery.
Our goods are available as long as stock lasts. If during order processing we discover the ordered goods are unavailable, we will notify you immediately. Product keys are generally available while they are listed in the online store. In case of unavailability, you will be informed, and the product key will be delivered within 72 hours.
We reserve the right to limit the number of items purchased by a customer and will inform you by email if this applies.
Delivery Terms
Product keys will be delivered electronically as soon as possible after order completion, typically within 24 hours.
If the delivered goods are defective or incorrect, we will either replace them or refund the purchase price. Defects or wrong deliveries must be reported within 14 calendar days of the receipt to be eligible for a warranty claim.
Liability and Activation Guarantee
If a product key does not work, we will replace it with no charge. In rare cases, activation with other or modified versions from the internet or retail may fail. Should this occur, we will provide you with a new product key or a full refund. This ensures you do not undertake risk.
Use of Product Keys
Product keys are for one-time activation on a single computer. Continued functionality is not guaranteed if the hardware or software environment changes.
Payment
Payments must be made during the order process via accepted methods such as IBAN/SEPA, credit card, PayPal and cryptocurrency.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Keys.Express or Keys.Discount of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email, post or via a provided electronic withdrawal function. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided for this purpose; however, this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL CONTENT
In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, in particular software keys, licence keys, download links or digital activation data, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the consumer has expressly agreed that Keys. Express or Keys.Discount may commence performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the consumer has confirmed that, by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon the commencement of performance of the contract.
Performance of the contract commences, in particular, upon the provision, display, transmission or activation of the software key, licence key, download link or other digital activation data.
Once performance of the contract has commenced under the aforementioned conditions, there is no longer any right of withdrawal.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If the consumer effectively withdraws from this contract, Keys.Express or Keys.Discount shall refund all payments received for the order in question, including delivery costs, where such costs have been incurred. This excludes any additional costs arising from the consumer having chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered.
The refund will be made without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which notification of the withdrawal from this contract was received.
The same means of payment used by the consumer in the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The consumer will not be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
Customer Obligations
Customers must use product keys as intended and are responsible for safeguarding access data. They must provide accurate information and comply with legal requirements.
Data Protection
Keys Distribution GmbH collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to secure your data. By using our services, you consent to the storage and processing of your data. We may disclose your information to courts or authorities if required by law, and to service partners for service performance.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of contract conclusion applies unless a newer version is agreed upon by the customer.
